I've published this announcement for you here but I doubt it will attract any feedback as our readers are primarily prospective foreign teachers and Western expats.

Your best bet would be to post this announcement on websites that cater to Chinese IELTS exam candidates. Once such site is the Chinese IELTS Official Website. I'm sure there are dozens of others.

Mike, are you refering to the exam itself or the quality of the students or results of the students.
